Campaign for Neighborhood Youth

Gifts made to this annual campaign support the on-going operations and program expenses of the After School Homework Assistance Program, Cultural Arts, Healthy Choices, Family Outreach and Summer Learning Program.

Marjorie Davis Scholarship Fund

Though our program fees are very low, there are still families who are experiencing financial hardship. Gifts to the Scholarship Fund directly subsidize a child in our program.

Sponsorships

Support our fund raising efforts by purchasing an event sponsorship. Donors receive acknowledgment in newsletters to the community, on our website, our page on the Chamber of Commerce website and at the special event. A perfect way to show your customers you care.

Tall Orders

We all recall a time when someone asked us for something that seemed out of our ability to give: a "Tall Order". Yet what seems too tall for some may be within reach for others.

Perhaps you can help make our wishes come true, or can make a contribution that will make our goals reachable.

You can make a financial contribution toward the purchase of a tall order or you can provide the needed items. Please mark your gift as designated for tall order purchase.

In-kind Donations

There are many ways to give. Operation Dough-nation is just one way a business is providing products to our families in need. If your business has a product or service that would help our programs let us know!

Holiday Gifts

Each December we provide a few gifts and clothing items to the children in our program. We also give students the opportunity to "purchase" gift items for their families using the "Two Doors Bucks" they earn in program for good behavior, respecting others and showing initiative. We accept donations of new items to distribute.

United Way Designation

One of the easiest ways to give to Two Doors is by designating our organization to receive funds that you contribute to United Way. Simply designate #2303 on your United Way pledge form for us to receive your gift.

Adopt a Family

Several of our families have a difficult time during the holidays and need assistance to provide their families with clothing and gifts. If your organization or company would like to adopt one of our families, please contact our office at 663-8936.

Other Ways to Help

Tell a Friend about our work, invite them to join you when you volunteer, or ask them to make a gift to help us continue our work.
Invite us to speak to your community, religious or social group. We have a great power point presentation that gives your members a real look at what we do.
Fund Raise with your Group and donate the proceeds to Two Doors.
Special Events " Red Wings Concession Stand " gather your friends to volunteer one evening working a concession stand with us at a Red Wings Baseball game.
